个人简介:
1994年获安徽大学理学学士学位,1997年及2000年分别获中国科学院等离子体物理研究所理学硕士和博士学位。曾先后在中国科学技术大学、新加坡南洋理工大学从事教学和科学研究工作。现为安徽大学物理与材料科学学院教授、博士生导师、安徽省信息材料与器件重点实验室主任。
在染料敏化太阳能电池纳米晶对电极材料、磁性氧化物钙钛矿材料及其异质结的制备、微结构、电磁特性与性能等研究中取得了有意义的进展。在国际有影响的刊物(如Nanoscale, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Journal of Power Sources, Appl. Phys. Lett.等)上发表和合作发表论文90余篇,他引800余次。
