Multifunctional Organolead Halide Perovskites: From Materials to Devices

 摘要:

 Unprecedented optoelectronic performances of organolead halide perovskites lead to breakthroughs in developing high-efficiency, low-cost, and large-area thin film solar cells. I will present several strategies to promote the photovoltaic efficiency, extend the semiconducting functionality, and facilitate the large-scale manufacturing of organolead halide perovskites. In particular, monodisperse upconversion nanoparticles were rationally synthesized and employed as the mesoporous electrodes of perovskite solar cells, enabling the perovskite devices work under near-infrared light. Besides the optoelectronics, we further explored semiconducting behaviors of organolead halide perovskites, revealed the presence of piezotronicbehavior within these organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites, and fabricated piezotronic-photovoltaic integrated devices. Moreover, large-area manufacturing is of importance to commercial applications, yet this is particularly challenging for solution processing due to complicated crystallization kinetics of perovskites in dynamic ink flows. We demonstrated a robust meniscus-assisted solution printing approach to perovskite films with micrometer-scale grains, good crystallization, and preferential orientations. We anticipate these strategies to advance the future development and application of perovskites.

个人简介:

贺明,美国佐治亚理工学院材料科学与工程学院博士后。2001-2005 年华东理工大学材料科学与工程系本科,2005年获得工学学士学位,2005-2011年复旦大学高分子科学系博士研究生,期间2009-2011年赴美国爱荷华州立大学材料科学与工程系访问学习,2011年获得理学博士学位,2011-2013年复旦大学物理系博士后,2013-今美国佐治亚理工学院材料科学与工程学院博士后。主要从事聚合物凝聚态结构与半导体性能关系,有机-无机集成半导体材料光电和热电性能,新型钙钛矿材料,以及相关功能半导体器件的构造、优化、应用等方面的研究。相关研究成果发表在AngewandteChemie International EditionEnergy & Environmental ScienceACS Nano等国际权威学术期刊,共发表SCI论文20余篇,被引用1600余次,H因子19,并多次担任AngewandteChemie International EditionEnergy & Environmental ScienceJournal of Materials Chemistry A等学术期刊审稿人。
